Dr. Wolff helps organizations solve problems that have roots in team dynamics, leadership, and engagement. He is experienced researcher, statistician/analyst, and survey designer, which supports his work as a consultant. Dr. Wolff has written numerous articles and book chapters, and presented at many academic conferences. With his colleague, Vanessa Druskat, he developed Group Emotional Intelligence theory, and published it in Harvard Business Review.
