Julianne Skinner (PMP, PMI Agile Certified Practitioner, CISSP, CSM, CPO, SAFe Agilist) performs research and development, design and development strategy, security assessment, and sustainment of integrated and inter-operable capabilities for organizations. She directs activities of product development from design and creation of enterprise architecture to implementation and fielding in a multi-level security environment. She applies Scaled Agile methodologies to build highly collaborative technical teams that rapidly produce and deploy capabilities.
