Matt Kirilov has a well-rounded set of skills that deepen in both the coaching and the teaming (team development) Agile competencies. In addition to his background in Scrum, Kanban and as an agile coach, Matt has formal training in facilitation, Cherie Silas' individual and systems coaching, Systems Modeling, TBR, Lean, Product Development, and bikablo. Matt is the organizer or co-organizer of several Agile and professional coaching meetups in Omaha (U.S.) and in Bulgaria. He is affiliated with the Bay Area Agile Leadership Network (BAYALN), OmahAgile and Leancoln, and the ICF. Matt is an Enterprise Agile Coach at Fiserv, co-creator of the course From Scrum Master to Coach Training Series, and a volunteer for the Scrum Alliance and several other organizations.
